Mary Batch has over 20 years of experience leading, developing, and transforming workforce pipelines. She has specialized in workforce development, leadership development, educational initiatives with focus on STEM, learning & development, deploying strategic organizational development, organizational assessment, change and talent management.
Mary experience includes a vast eco-system by collaborating with teams in multiple industries such as Chambers of Commerce, Economic Development Corporations, Talent Pipeline Management, Manufacturing Associations, National Science Foundation, K-12 to higher education. Mary is a purposeful leader focused on the alignment of workforce skills improvement with emphasis solving pain points in the strength of the organization needs. She is committed to integrity, teamwork, empowerment, and sharing successes.
Her leadership style is that of a servant leader, conscientious, flexible, organized, and a leader that welcomes conversations and opportunities to solve problems. She has an experience in managing cross-functional teams that have supported public and private sectors as well as, local, state, and national projects. Mary also serves on community, workforce, and trade association boards for the past 18 years. Mary experience and education has allowed her to excel in aligning internal and external partnerships to create vison that leads to change to develop the future workforce. Her endeavor in establishing manufacturing high school internship that has led to a popular pipeline for the TX FAME AMT programs. She has recently received the opportunity to serve as a member on the “Texas Education Association” Career & Technology Board.
