Workforce Solutions Alamo has developed a Child Care Committee that meets on a regular basis to discuss Child Care and Early Learning topics.
Description of the Committee/ Purpose
Early Care & Education – This Committee is comprised of both Board members and non-members. It will include key community childcare stakeholders and give guidance and recommendations about childcare matters to the Board.
Frequency it presents to the full Board
The Committee presents updates and recommendations to the full Board on an as-needed basis and in alignment with the Board meeting schedule. The full board of directors are scheduled to meet 4 times a year.

Information on how to provide input to the committee
Community members and stakeholders may provide input to the Committee by contacting Workforce Solutions Alamo prior to scheduled meetings or during designated public comment opportunities in accordance with posted meeting notices and agendas.
