There are job opportunities with employers in the nonprofit sector that are helping to minimize the impact of COVID-19 in our community. These jobs are available NOW.
This opportunity is available to residents of all 13 Counties in the Alamo Area, (Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Frio, Gillespie, Guadalupe, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, McMullen, Medina and Wilson counties) whose employment was negatively impacted by COVID-19.
There are job opportunities with employers in the non-profit sector that are helping to minimize the impact of COVID-19 in our community.
You qualify as a Dislocated Worker if you are receiving unemployment benefits due to being temporarily or permanently laid off or having your hours drastically reduced, or are a long-term unemployed worker.
Employment is full time with wages starting above minimum wage. There is also potential for training opportunities and supportive services.
