Workforce Solutions Alamo is changing its name, again. On May 14, 2008, Workforce Solutions Alamo becomes Workforce Solutions-Alamo.

Some may think that we take pleasure at changing our name every four years or so, but that is not the case. We are complying with State requirements for a more recognizable name and brand across the State of Texas.

In doing so, we want to remind our customers that Workforce Solutions – Alamo staff will continue to provide quality Business Solutions and Career Centers, Childcare and Youth services at our 14 locations across the 12 county area of our region. In addition, we see the name change as an opportunity to reach out to all customers, employers and job seekers, as we re-commit to meet the economic and workforce development needs of our growing community.

For those who will seek employment services outside of our service area, you will find it easy to locate your Career Center office because it will be called Workforce Solutions, wherever you are in Texas.
