As part of the annual strategic planning process, Workforce Solutions Alamo identifies occupations demonstrating strong regional growth potential and providing the best employment opportunities for Non-WIA workforce programs. These training programs are procured annually, and supplement the Eligible Training Provider System (ETPS) for use by Non-WIA program participants.
